Parent Agreement
Teacher Bob Math Academy
This Parent Agreement outlines the responsibilities, expectations, and access rules for families using Teacher Bob Math Academy’s self-paced math courses. By enrolling a student or accessing course materials, you agree to the following terms.
1. Parent Responsibilities
Parents and guardians are responsible for:
- Creating and maintaining the parent-owned account used for course access
- Ensuring the student uses the correct course login
- Monitoring student progress and lesson completion
- Determining whether a course is appropriate for the student’s educational needs
- Communicating with Teacher Bob Math Academy when support is required
Teacher Bob Math Academy does not provide live instruction, live tutoring, or real-time classes. All support is asynchronous.
2. Student Responsibilities
Students agree to:
- Use the course materials as intended
- Follow the lesson sequence and mastery-based progression
- Submit questions through the Help Form when assistance is needed
- Use worksheets and guided practice materials responsibly
- Avoid sharing, copying, or redistributing course content
Students cannot directly email Teacher Bob or bypass parent communication.
3. Course Access Rules
Course access includes:
- Full video library
- Printable worksheets
- Guided practice materials
- Mastery-based progression
- Asynchronous support
Access is granted to one household per purchase. Parents may use the materials for multiple children within the same household.
4. License & Usage Restrictions
To protect the integrity of the curriculum, families agree not to:
- Share course access with other households
- Redistribute worksheets or videos
- Upload course materials to any platform
- Sell, trade, or resell course content
- Use course materials for commercial purposes
- Use course materials to train AI systems
Violations may result in removal of course access without refund.
5. Communication System
All student questions must be submitted through the Help Form inside the course. Replies automatically route to the parent’s email.
Students cannot:
- Enter email addresses
- Contact Teacher Bob directly
- Hide communication from parents
This system ensures transparency, safety, and ESA compliance.
6. ESA Program Requirements
For ESA-funded purchases (Arizona ESA, Texas ESA, Florida PEP, Florida FTC/FES-UA), parents agree to:
- Follow the purchasing instructions for their state
- Submit payments through the correct ESA platform
- Provide any required documentation
- Confirm eligibility before purchasing
Teacher Bob Math Academy cannot guarantee ESA approval or reimbursement.
7. No Guarantees of Academic Outcomes
Teacher Bob Math Academy provides curriculum and support designed to help students learn effectively. However, we do not guarantee:
- Grade improvement
- Test scores
- Placement changes
- Academic outcomes
Parents remain responsible for supervising student learning.
8. Updates
This Parent Agreement may be updated periodically. Continued use of the site or courses indicates acceptance of the most current version.

Student Expectations

2. Use the Worksheets
Each lesson includes printable worksheets designed to reinforce the concepts taught in the video. Students are expected to complete these worksheets before moving on.
3. Ask Questions Through the Help Form
If a student needs help, they must submit their question through the Help Form inside the course. This ensures the question is routed to the parent and answered safely and transparently.
Students cannot email Teacher Bob directly or bypass parent communication.
4. Practice Mastery
Students should:
- Show their work
- Review mistakes
- Re-watch lessons when needed
- Use guided practice materials
- Take their time to fully understand each concept
Mastery means being able to solve problems confidently and consistently.
5. Respect Course Materials
Students agree not to:
- Share worksheets or videos with others
- Upload course materials anywhere online
- Copy or redistribute content
- Use course materials to train AI systems
Course access is for one household only.
6. Stay Engaged
Students are encouraged to:
- Work at a steady pace
- Ask questions when stuck
- Use the tools provided
- Communicate with their parent about progress
Self-paced learning works best with consistent effort.
