Refund Policy
Teacher Bob Math Academy
Teacher Bob Math Academy provides self-paced math curriculum and asynchronous educational support. Because course access includes immediate delivery of digital materials, video lessons, and printable worksheets, all purchases follow the refund rules outlined below.
1. Direct Purchases (Credit Card / PayPal)
Direct purchases made through this website are non-refundable once course access has been granted. Access is considered granted when the parent receives the course login instructions or when the student is added to the course.
If you have not yet received access, you may request a cancellation by contacting bob@teacherbobmath.com.
2. ESA and State-Funded Purchases
Refunds for ESA-funded purchases (Arizona ESA, Texas ESA, Florida PEP, Florida FTC/FES-UA) follow the rules of each state program. Some ESA programs do not allow refunds once funds have been distributed or once access has been provided.
Parents are responsible for confirming whether their ESA program permits refunds or cancellations.
3. Outschool Purchases
Courses purchased through Outschool follow Outschool’s refund and cancellation policies. All refund requests for Outschool enrollments must be submitted directly through Outschool.
Teacher Bob Math Academy cannot process refunds for Outschool purchases.
4. No Partial Refunds
Because course access includes full curriculum delivery, partial refunds are not offered for:
- Completed lessons
- Partially used courses
- Changes in student schedule
- Changes in student placement
- Switching to a different course after access is granted
5. Duplicate Purchases
If a duplicate purchase occurs (e.g., buying the same course twice), contact bob@teacherbobmath.com within 7 days. Duplicate purchases may be eligible for correction if the second access has not been used.
6. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues accessing your course, we will assist in resolving the problem. Technical issues do not qualify for refunds unless access has not yet been delivered.
